Wisdom For Living – “Life As A Path”
By: Clint McBroom
Series: Wisdom For Living
Proverbs 3:1-6, 4:11, 26
One of the consistent themes of Proverbs is that life is filled with paths, and when you choose a path, it always leads to the same destination, regardless of how smart you are or how wealthy your family is. This also tells us that getting to where God wants us to be (and where we really want to be) is a product of daily, mundane steps over months and years.

Psalm 130 tells us how to be free from both.

He sees the lives of those who don't care anything about God and about God's ways, and they seem to be doing just fine. He envies them and is discouraged when it comes to his own pursuit of God. But in a time of worship, God gives him an eternal perspective, and sees that the light of eternity, God cares for His people, and will bring them to glory.
